| 1 | TreeKisan will charge fees from the sellers on a per truck basis. For 15-ton or less, charges would be 1500 Rs per load (truck), and for more than 15-ton charges would be 3000 Rs per load (truck). |
| 2 | TreeKisan may arrange transportation at the request of the seller/buyer. The fees to arrange transportation would be 500 Rs per load (truck). The Buyer will have to provide 3 days to let ‘ Tree Kisan ‘ find the transport. TreeKisan will intimate the buyer if it fails to arrange any appropriate transportation. |
| 3 | The seller will have to dispatch the vehicle within 24 hours of the vehicle reaching his place. After it, Rs 2000 per day or any amount mutually agreed by the transporter and seller will have to be paid by the seller. TreeKisan doesn’t bear any responsibility in case the seller fails to dispatch the load/vehicle on time. |
| 4 | The seller will have to provide a clear photo of his Aadhar card and bank details before dispatching any material through TreeKisan App so that the documentation process and fund transfer could be completed on time. The names on the Aadhar card and the bank details must be the same. TreeKisan will not be financially responsible if incorrect account details are provided by the seller. The seller should also provide his GST details if he is registered under the GST. If the seller is a farmer, he will have to provide a copy of Gidrawali/fard to the TreeKisan. |
| 5 | After loading the truck, the seller will have to upload the pictures of the loaded truck (from behind, middle & front) on the app. TreeKisan will pay 70% of the total product value in advance before the dispatch. The remaining 30% will be paid after adjusting the unloading charges, weighing charges, TreeKisan fees, and other charges once the truck is unloaded by the buyer on his premises. |
| 6 | The Buyer will have to unload the truck within 24 hours of the truck reaching his premises/factory. Failing so, Rs 2000 per day or any amount mutually agreed by transporter and buyer will have to be paid by the buyer. TreeKisan doesn’t bear any responsibility in case the buyer fails to unload the load/vehicle on time. |
| 7 | The buyer will have to make the 70% payment of the deal price to TreeKisan before making the E-waybill for the transportation. Rest 30% has to be paid within 1 working day of unloading the goods. After it, a 1 % monthly penalty charge will have to be paid on the outstanding. | 8 | Buyers and sellers are supposed to maintain their books and pay any taxes when they are due. |
| 9 | The buyer will have to make the Quality Report and declare the faulty or defective logs before dispatch of the goods. The “Undeclared ” defective logs will be weighted separated and will be paid 250 Rs less per quintal than the deal price of the rest of the lot. |
| 10 | Since the seller is responsible for the loading, any loss due to the incorrect loading will be borne by the seller. |
| 11 | If the seller is provided any advance by TreeKisan , The seller will have to dispatch the goods within 2 days, otherwise, a 1 % monthly penalty charge will have to be paid on the advance. |
| 12 | TreeKisan may provide labor for tree cutting on-site if requested by the seller. All expenses in this regard will have to be borne by the seller. |
| 13 | The deal price on the TreeKisan is the assured price which will be paid by the buyer to the seller through TreeKisan. At the time of the delivery, if the quality of the goods is better than what was presumed by the buyer at bidding, the actual agreed price can be higher than the deal price after the negotiation. But under no circumstances it can be lower than the deal price. So the Buyer is requested to bid the appropriate price at the time of bidding. |
| 15 | TreeKisan holds the right to change the rates and terms and conditions from time to time and it will be intimated to the seller/buyer/transporter in advance. |
